Terms of Use

In short

Ultraswall is free. You pick a tribune, you vote, you push it up. Nothing is for sale: not votes, not status, not a shorter cooldown.

Account

Sign-in is with a Google account only; there is no password. One person keeps one account. Your account is as secure as the Google account behind it.

You choose your username. Names that insult, impersonate someone else or mislead may be removed.

Rules of the game

The cooldown, the streak calculation and the badge conditions are written on the Rules page and are identical for everyone. Those rules are part of these terms.

Not allowed

• Generating votes or referrals with automated tools, scripts or multiple accounts.
• Impersonating another user.
• Insults, threats and hate speech — including in your username and links.
• Attempting to disrupt the site or bypass its security.

Enforcement

Accounts that break the rules above are suspended for 3 days. While suspended you cannot vote and cannot change your username or links. The suspension expires on its own. Repeat breaches may extend it or close the account permanently.

Votes and referrals found to be automated or fake are void; any badge they earned is withdrawn.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and earn nothing: no votes, no points, no shorter cooldown, no effect on the ranking. They cover server and domain costs only. Donations are not refundable.

Warranty and liability

The site is provided as is. Uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Team names and crests belong to the clubs concerned; Ultraswall is an independent supporter project with no official affiliation to any club. If a club objects to the use of its name, crest or trademark here, it can write to us through the form on the contact page; such requests are handled first.

Ultraswall is not a betting or gambling site. There are no cash prizes, no coupons and no predictions.

Changes

If these terms change, the date at the bottom of the page changes with them. Continuing to use the site means accepting the current terms.
